Lodge Zao Dokkonuma is located in the middle of the Yamagata Zao mountains. Easily accessed by Zao Chuou Ropeway or Sky Cable from Zao Spa village area (which runs every day through 8:00am - 5:00pm and takes us about 7 minutes), our quiet mountainous environment will give you a good chance to go Hiking in summer or Sking in winter. There are many hiking courses started right in front of us, and ski slopes are a step outside from our main entrance. You can also enjoy breathtaking sunset view from our living room all year round.

Our homey lodge looks like mountain cabin and is built by ferroconcrete. The facilities are as follows; Meeting Room , Dinning Room , Living Room , Fireplace , Ski Drying Room , Public Bath , Ping-pong Table Also ski rental service are available
